San Clemente Beach Engagement
Oh boy, is it a joy to photograph my very best friends! My sweetest long-time roommate, best friend, and twin is getting married to a pal of mine since the 7th grade, and that is truly something to celebrate. They are high school sweethearts who conquered a long-distance college relationship across the country and came out thriving and more in love than ever.
The most exciting chapter for them, filled so full of love and joy, and I got to help capture it! Just a few months ago, I hiked up to hide in the bushes and capture their Cerro San Luis proposal moments, and now had the absolute privilege of taking their engagement photos in our sweet little seaside hometown. Sadly, I won’t be able to shoot their wedding day though, gotta stand by their side on that one. ; )
I drove home this day to sneak their session in amidst a busy work week for these two hard workin’ engineers, and thought it was going to be quite overcast and gloomy. Thankfully, this superstar display of God’s beauty in a warm and spectacular cloud-studded colorful evening met us instead. The best unexpected natural wondershow, fitting for the special nature of the session.
Can’t wait for the next few months of showering these two in celebration and preparation for the beginning of their forever life together. I love you both so much.
